Booking is easy! You can then select your preferred date and time, and pay in store. If you’re interested in giving the gift of our product to someone special, we also offer gift cards that can be purchased online. The recipient of the gift card will receive an email with instructions on how to find us and redeem their gift card. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Our small 3D portrait candle is priced at $199 excluding GST (which is shown in all the photos on the site - it’s not that small tbh) and our large is priced at $250 excluding GST. Our candles may be perceived as expensive due to the high-quality materials and technology that go into making each individual one. The extra attention to detail and the use of top-notch materials, blends and waxes contribute to the overall value and quality of our candles, making them worth the investment.

Once you’ve made your booking, you pay in store when you arrive. We accept payment via card, cash, and are currently working on buy now - pay later. We want to make the payment process as convenient as possible for our customers, so you can choose the payment method that works best for you.

We offer 4 luxurious fragrances to choose from in store. All our fragrances are carefully crafted to create a unique and unforgettable scent experience that will fill your home with warmth and beauty.

Yes, you can pick up your candle when it’s ready! Just let us know in-store if you would prefer to PICK UP or DELIVERY. If you choose pick up, we’ll contact you when your candle is ready (usually within 3-7 business days). If you choose delivery, we’ll automatically send with overnight shipping + tracking when your candle is ready to make sure your candle arrives as quickly as possible.

If you want to 3D capture for events, work functions or a loved one who can’t physically come in-store, just email us at info@true-2-life.com and we can arrange a time to come to you (Auckland wide only). We believe in inclusivity and want everyone to feel included. Our personalised candles make for a truly special keepsake and a heartfelt gift.

Once your order is ready for dispatch, we’ll courier it OVERNIGHT so you can receive it as quickly as possible. We’ll also provide you with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes it way to you 🙈

Yes, eventually we will be available worldwide. Our team is working hard to expand our services outside of New Zealand and bring our idea to people all over the world as soon as possible. We’re excited to share our product with a global audience, and we’re committed to making it happen ✈️😍
